Look! Windows 8 has finally realized to group copy transfer windows with the possibility for pause/resume. Nice! Unfortunately it's still not possible to "add to queue".

Other than that, I guess I kind of like it. It's fast, clean and once you get to learn a few shortcuts like Windows + q (followed by double Escape to get back) for starting programs and map stuff like movies, audio and images to "old style" windows programs like VLC and Windows Photo Viewer it gets quite usable. Note the shortcut Windows + c for the sidebar where you'll find the shutdown button (settings - power)
